Our Average Client Profile


  • Our average client attends 2 to 4 new prospective new client meetings per month, Setting the amount they require on a monthly basis.
  • Some established clients attend more.
  • Provides set times that they are available to visit new clients, or access to there online diaries, with set parameters.
  • Aiming for long term client expansion at a controllable rate. 
  • Puts marketing on hold for a couple of months per year, IE holidays, office move, busy etc. (you're in control).
  • We only work with one accountant per area, and all appointments are issued solely to there practice.

Started providing appointments : April 2011
  • Appointments to date as off Sept 2016 : 132
  • Working pattern :- Takes between 6/8 appointments per month whilst marketing, then put marketing on hold to consolidate new clients etc, when ready returns to marketing at 6/8 appointments per month. 
  • Works primarily with :- small to medium size business's within most sectors within a 10 mile catchment area of office.
  • Diary : Two set days per week.
